1. How to place an order at www.chelate.asia

Customers can place orders using one of the following two methods:

  • Option 1: Call our hotline at 0362.180036

(Note: Phone and chat ordering services are available during business hours only.)

  • Option 2: Place an order directly on our website (available 24/7). After receiving your order, we will contact you to arrange home delivery.

Step-by-step Online Ordering:

Step 1: Select the product you want to buy and choose the desired quantity.

Tip: Please check unit pricing for different quantity ranges. The higher the quantity, the better the discount.

Step 2: You can update the quantity, remove selected items, or continue shopping.

Review your cart before placing the order. Click the "Place Order" button to proceed.

Step 3: Enter accurate contact information, including phone number (if you’ve ordered before, the system will remember your details), full name, company name (if applicable), address, payment method, and any additional notes.

At this step, you can still modify your cart or continue shopping.

Note: Enter a discount code (if available) to enjoy special offers! (Promo codes are usually announced on our company’s Fanpage every Monday morning or on special occasions.)

Step 4: Click the "Place Order" button after double-checking your order details.

Step 5: Take a screenshot of your successful order confirmation for reference and tracking delivery status.

Step 6: Wait for our company to confirm your order, or you may call directly to reconfirm via phone.


2. Order Confirmation, Classification, Payment, and Delivery

Step 1: Order Classification

  • For small or retail orders: Our staff will call you directly to confirm the order.

  • For large or high-value orders: Our staff will contact you to discuss purchase terms and sign a sales contract between both parties.

Step 2: Delivery and Payment

  • For small or retail orders: Customers may pay in cash at our office, transfer via bank account (provided in section 4), or pay upon delivery (COD).

  • For large or high-value orders: After signing the contract, please proceed with payment according to the agreed terms.


3. Product Quality Confirmation

  • After receiving and paying for your order, you may verify the product quality based on the publicly disclosed information on our website.

  • We guarantee all products meet the declared quality standards.

  • If the product quality is found to be unsatisfactory, customers may contact us directly via phone, and we will resolve the issue promptly and fairly.


4. Payment Account Information

Please contact our hotline at 0362.180036 to receive payment account details.

You can rest assured with all listed payment methods. For bank transfers, the bank will issue a Payment Authorization Slip (UNC), which includes the amount and our account number. (Please include your order code or number in the transfer note.) This slip—or a screenshot of the transaction—is your proof of payment.

  • Same-bank transfers: Funds will be received within 60 minutes at the latest.

  • Interbank transfers: Funds will be received within 1 day. For interbank transfers, please ask the bank staff for an estimated processing time to avoid concerns if the funds have not been credited immediately.
