With deep technical expertise and a strong passion for sustainable farming, Mr. Thanh has played a pivotal role in improving the quality and efficiency of agricultural production in Vietnam.
He began his career at Tien Nong Agriculture and Industry Joint Stock Company, where he quickly demonstrated his leadership and innovative thinking while serving as Director of the R&D Center. This laid the foundation for his future successes.
In his leadership role at Chelate Vietnam JSC, Mr. Thanh spearheaded strategic development and brought advanced technological solutions to the market, aligning production with real-world agricultural needs and market trends.
Later, at Lam Son Nhu Xuan Joint Stock Company, Mr. Thanh served as Head of the Fertilizer Project Division, where he excelled in project management and product development—creating innovative fertilizers that helped farmers improve yields and cut costs. His time at Song Ma Fertilizer JSC also highlighted his capability in R&D and brand development, integrating science and technology into product design and marketing strategies.
At Chelate Asia, he continues to pioneer smart, custom-blend solutions tailored to specific soil and crop conditions. These innovations help farmers save significantly on input costs while achieving better outcomes. Beyond his technical work, Mr. Thanh actively shares agricultural knowledge through social media and YouTube, helping expand the reach of modern farming practices across Vietnam and beyond.

Establishment of Dai Viet Technology Solutions Joint Stock Company
Dai Viet Technology Solutions Joint Stock Company is established with its headquarters located in Vinh City, Nghe An Province. The company specializes in supplying chelated micronutrient fertilizer products, directly serving farmers in Nghe An and Thanh Hoa provinces.
Relocation and Business Expansion
The company has relocated its headquarters from Nghe An to Thanh Hoa and officially changed its name to Chelate Vietnam Joint Stock Company. We have expanded our wholesale and retail distribution network from North to South Vietnam, offering a diversified range of products including: single chelated micronutrients, plant growth regulators, amino acids, humic acid, and more.
In addition to supplying agricultural solutions, we also provide fertilizer production consulting services (both base and foliar fertilizers) and fertilizer packaging design.
Factory Expansion and Investment in Modern Production
We have expanded and partnered to develop a production facility with a total area of 10,000 square meters, located in Le Mon Industrial Zone, Thanh Hoa City. The factory is equipped with a wide range of modern machinery, including:
A high-end NPK fertilizer production line utilizing steam technology with a capacity of 50,000 tons per year
A chelated micronutrient and mixed trace element production line with a capacity of 60 tons per year

To meet the growing demand for our products and services, we have established a Southern branch located in District 12, Ho Chi Minh City.
